Inventive

Just had an inspiration,
a really good idea,
came up with an invention
and I have it right here.

It's a portable system
you can hold in your hand,
the instructions are easy
for you to understand.

It should last forever,
it has no moving part.
I keep it in my pocket
right next to my heart.

I could give a demonstration
of what it's about
but I'm waiting for the patent,
so I can't bring it out.

It will cause a sensation
when the secret is known
in anticipation
of having one of your own.

There's nothing on the market
quite like it at all.
